If you see an accident or incident that may involve hazardous materials notify the emergency response agencies immediately by dialing 911. Report briefly what you have seen and what type of material may be involved.

DO NOT APPROACH A HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SCENE; YOU MAY ENDANGER YOUR LIFE!
