A twenty-four (24) hour notice must be given on all plug outs. Except for "emergency" cases.

Immediately upon arrival at the protected property you must call the Plainville dispatch
center by the use of Verizon telephone line number 508-695-5252 and notify them of your
location at the protected property.

Give the answering operator YOUR NAME, COMPANY NAME, BOX NUMBER and what you are about to
investigate.

Fire Alarm personnel will come out to your location to plug out the Fire Alarm box.

Perform necessary function such as repairs, testing and maintenance of system.
|
| 6 |
Call the Plainville dispatch center by the use of Verizon telephone line number
508-695-5252 and notify them of your location at the protected property and
that your work has been completed.

| 7 |
Stand-by at the Fire Alarm box for the arrival of Fire Alarm personnel. They (Fire Alarm personnel)
will reset the Fire Alarm box. They may also request that you test the system with them present.

If there should be any question/questions regarding the test, the Fire Alarm personnel will
immediately contact the Chief of the Plainville Fire Department or his designee.

Boxes must be reset within eight (8) hours or notification to the Plainville Fire Department from
the fire alarm maintenance contractor as to why it cannot be reset. A "FIRE WATCH" by
Plainville Fire Department personnel shall be requested at the expense of the owner/owners.
