Dumpster Reglations
Any and all dumpster installations:

• Shall be placed on an appropriate cement pad.



• Shall be placed a minimum of twenty-five feet (25ft.) from any building. If minimum distance not available installer to contact Fire Chief for further information.



• Shall have a three (3) sided enclosure constructed of cement/cinder block at least one course above the height of the dumpster.



• Shall have a door/gate on fourth side to prevent unauthorized access. If door/gate made of wood, material must be fire rated.

Note: Commercial compactor style dumpsters need only be placed on the appropriate cement pad.
